Trauma-Informed Breathwork

I’m Byrne, and I’m so honoured that you’re here.

I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and I specialize in supporting women and non-binary people who have experienced sexual trauma in healing themselves and reconnecting with their bodies.

As a survivor of incest and sexual violence, I know how challenging it can be to seek support and begin to heal from such deep pain. If you are getting ready to take the first step, please know that I see you. You are so brave.

“Soulsterhood is my love letter to anyone who has experienced sexual trauma. I see you. I love you. You are not alone.”

I believe that breathwork is a powerful self-healing modality that can support survivors in their healing journeys. Through intentional breathing, we can start to ease back into our bodies and begin to process and release the experiences of trauma.

I started Soulsterhood because I wanted to create a safe space for survivors to connect, breathe and heal. Too many of us suffer in silence, when in reality, our experiences – while unique to each of us – are a lot more common than we realize. Through the power of community, we can heal together and thrive.
